Continue CSR activity on Thailand Children’s Day, NTN Bearing-Thailand Co., Ltd. held NTN Rotating School on January 8th - 9th, 2020 at Sirindhorn Science Home (National Science and Technology Development Agency). This year, NTN set up 3 activities to talk with the children about bearings around us. The children enjoyed learning how to reduce friction between two objects by Bearing Assembly station. Hand spinner competition is still popular as not only knowing that bearings are used in their toys but the children also had fun with the competition. There is a new game Where is Bearing? which NTN Thailand manually create a shooting wheel by NTN bearing. While NTN staffs rotate the wheel, the children had to shoot NTN bearings or NTN logo to get the prize. Some students visited the NTN booth last year and they recognize bearings in their daily life such as motorcycle spare parts. Teachers also gave a feedback to apply the friction reduction knowledge to their science lesson (How to move a book by using rollers and by not using rollers).
