Announcement: New 1X1 box labels with Countermeasures for Fake (Counter-Fake labels)
We are going to switch 1x1 box label (barcode label) from current one to new labels which have some countermeasures against Fake products. Please be noted its outline below.
1. Bearing category : It will be applied basically for Rolling bearings and also for some Auto parts. Please see the attached “Counter-Fake label application list” for details.
2. Packing category : It will be applied for 1x1 box (inner box/individual box), and the packing code “1”. It excludes Bulk packing and some particular packing designated by customers.
3. Changing Points : The design will be changed to be new one with some countermeasures for Fake.
4. Changing labels : 3 kinds of labels (S/L/BU size) which are regulated in NTN Bearing Packing Standard (TES QB0010) will be switched to be new one, and others (*1) will be as they stand (be kept same). For them, a new extra small sized label (SS size: 15mmX15mm, Printing no P/N) will be attached on additionally beside others. 5. Switching timing : It will start to be switched and shipped from March 2017 by each factory, and it will be completed to be switched by the end of April, except precision bearings made in Kuwana ultra precision bearing plant & Nagano miniature bearing plant. Precision bearings made in these plants will be switched to new label in 2nd half of FY 2017.
